Coming back from studying abroad is always a little hard to get used to. What did you miss the most?

Hello to all.

It’s been about six months since I’ve returned to the United States. Most of you had probably forgotten about my little blog, since upon my return to the U.S., I seem to have abandoned the venture like a chewed-up piece of gum.
It’s silly that I didn’t write the following entry a lot sooner. I could have, and should have, written for hours on end about my reception back into my “normal” home, re-claiming my place among my family and friends, and reverse culture shock. Last night, I was feeling sentimental about my time abroad, and I spent what must have been an hour, or longer, reading over some of my earlier blog entries, reliving memories that would have happened about a year ago. I read over my entry about my first experience of homesickness. And I thought to myself, it’s time to write about coming back…
